Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know
Answers to common questions about our transfer service, pricing, vehicles and routes across Morocco.
Booking & Pricing
How do I book a transfer?
Send your flight number, arrival time, drop-off address and party size by WhatsApp, email or the contact form. We confirm vehicle, driver and all-inclusive price within the hour.
What is included in the price?
Everything for the road: fuel, all highway tolls, passenger insurance and your English-speaking private driver. Bottled water on board. No meter, no surge and nothing added at the kerb — the from-price you confirm at booking is the price you pay.
Are prices per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Whether you travel solo or fill the car, the price is the same — one fixed fare for the whole party.
How do I pay?
Pay your driver in cash (MAD, EUR or USD) at the end of the ride, or pay ahead by bank transfer. No deposit required for most bookings.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes to time, address or party size are usually no problem — just let us know as early as you can.
Do you charge extra for night pickups or holidays?
No — the price is the same day or night, weekday or holiday. There is no surge pricing.
Airport Transfers
How does the airport meet and greet work?
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall holding a name sign with your name. We track your inbound flight in real time, so an early or delayed landing is never a problem.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track every inbound flight. If your plane is late, your driver adjusts — no extra charge, no missed pickup.
How much free waiting time do I get?
Generous free wait after your scheduled landing time while you clear passport control and collect bags. We don't rush you.
Can you collect me from a hotel for a departure transfer?
Yes — we run every route in both directions. For a departure we agree a pickup time at your hotel or riad that builds in a comfortable buffer for the drive and check-in.
Do you transfer between Casablanca Airport and other Moroccan airports?
Yes — we run private airport-to-airport transfers between CMN and Marrakech (RAK), Fes (FEZ), Tangier (TNG), Agadir (AGA), Rabat (RBA), Nador (NDR), Oujda (OUJ), Errachidia (ERH) and Al Hoceima (AHU).
Vehicles & Drivers
What vehicles do you have?
Three classes: sedan or comfort van (1–5 passengers), Mercedes Vito or SUV (1–6 passengers), and Sprinter VIP minibus (7–17 passengers). All air-conditioned, inspected and insured.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes — every driver on our team speaks English. Many also speak French, Arabic and Berber.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes — booster and child seats are provided free when you ask for them at booking.
Are the vehicles non-smoking?
Yes — all vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Routes & Stops
Can we stop for photos or sightseeing?
Of course — stopping where you please is exactly why a private car beats the train or a shared shuttle. Just point your driver to the spot.
Do you cover routes not listed on the website?
Yes — we serve every destination in Morocco. If your route isn't listed, send us your pickup and drop-off and we'll confirm an all-inclusive price.
Is it better to drive or take the train?
On highway corridors the train is cheaper centre to centre. The private car comes to your door, swallows all the luggage, leaves when you want and stops wherever you like. Families and tight connections are better off in the car.
Do you do multi-day tours?
Yes — we run 2–7 day private circuits: Sahara Desert, Imperial Cities, Atlantic Coast and bespoke itineraries. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Safety & Luggage
Is it safe to take a private transfer in Morocco?
Yes — our drivers are vetted professionals with commercial insurance. Vehicles are inspected and GPS-tracked. We operate legally with all required transport licences. Many solo travellers and families choose private transfers for the peace of mind.
How much luggage can I bring?
A sedan fits 3–4 standard suitcases plus carry-ons. A Mercedes Vito/SUV handles 5–6 large bags. Our Sprinter VIP takes group luggage easily. If you have oversized items (golf bags, surfboards, prams), let us know at booking and we'll assign the right vehicle.
Do you provide car seats for children?
Yes — booster seats and infant car seats are provided free of charge. Just mention the ages of your children when booking so we can prepare the right seats.
Are your vehicles GPS-tracked?
Yes — all fleet vehicles are GPS-tracked for safety and dispatch coordination. We can share live location with you during the transfer if requested.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
It's rare, but if it happens we dispatch a replacement vehicle immediately at no extra cost. Your driver contacts dispatch and we keep you informed throughout.
Travel Tips
What currency should I bring to Morocco?
The local currency is the Moroccan Dirham (MAD). ATMs are widely available at the airport and in cities. We accept payment in MAD, EUR or USD — whichever is most convenient for you.
Do I need a visa for Morocco?
Citizens of the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and many other countries get a visa-free stay of up to 90 days. Check your country's requirements before travelling.
How far is Casablanca Airport from the city centre?
Mohammed V Airport (CMN) is about 30 km south of central Casablanca — roughly 30–40 minutes by car depending on traffic. Our sedan transfer starts at $65 all-inclusive.
What is the best time to visit Morocco?
Spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) offer the best weather for travel. Summer is hot inland but pleasant on the coast. Winter is mild in the lowlands and snowy in the Atlas Mountains.
Can I tip my driver?
Tips are appreciated but never expected. If you've had a great experience, 10–15% or 50–100 MAD is a generous gesture. Your driver's entire fee is already included in your transfer price.
